Who we are
AeroKelvin is a German company based in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia. Three own brands for water and heat operate under the AeroKelvin roof, sharing one purchasing, quality and service organisation. Sales run through our own websites, a dealer network and direct project business. Installation, commissioning and after-sales service are carried out by our own technicians.

Each brand has its own website, its own product documentation and its own service channel. The group provides purchasing, logistics, installation and support.
What we source
- Finished appliances for OEM branding under our own labels
- Components: heat exchangers, carbonators, filter housings, fittings and taps
- Consumables: filter cartridges, desalination cartridges, CO₂ equipment
- Spare parts with guaranteed availability over the product lifetime
Our requirements
Because we place products on the European market, every supplier has to meet the same baseline:

How we work
- You send us your catalogue, certificates and a price list for the relevant category.
- We review the documentation and reply within five working days.
- Samples are tested in Germany under real operating conditions.
- We agree on labelling, packaging and documentation in German.
- First order, then a framework agreement with fixed lead times.
